By using this website, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone, email or text, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Webb Eyecare provides optometric eye care in Scottsbluff, Alliance and Bridgeport, Nebraska: comprehensive eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses, vision therapy, dry eye care, myopia control and medical eye care. Appointment times, availability and product pricing can change.
Articles and information on this website are for general education. They are not medical advice and do not replace an eye exam. If you have a sudden change in vision, flashes of light, a curtain over your vision, or an eye injury, call your clinic right away, or call 911 in an emergency.
3. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact information and use this website and our communication channels lawfully. Do not misuse our systems, send harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, by email, phone and text, consistent with the preferences you give us and applicable law.

Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Webb Eyecare about:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates
- Notices that your glasses or contact lenses are ready
- Requests to review your visit
- Customer support and answers to your questions
- Promotions and events, only if you separately opt in to promotional texts
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and orders. If you also opt in to promotional texts, you will receive up to 4 promotional messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The texting program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Webb Eyecare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our communications.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
