Taylor started at Webb Eyecare in 2015 as an optometric technician. She now trains new employees and is the insurance coordinator for the Alliance and Bridgeport locations, as well as clinic coordinator for Alliance. She graduated from Alliance High School in 2008 and received her associate's degree from Lincoln SCC in 2010. She is CPOA certified and lives in Alliance with her husband Joey, their four kids, three dogs and two cats.

Heather Weitzel

Heather grew up in St. Joseph, MO and studied forensic chemistry at Missouri Western State University until moving to Scottsbluff in 2004. She worked as a Lead Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician for 12 years before joining Webb Eyecare in September 2015. She checks in patients, answers the phones and keeps the schedule organized, and is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA). She lives in Mitchell with her husband Andy and their two children.

Tracey Bentley

Tracey was born in Scottsbluff and has never left the valley. He grew up in Gering and graduated from Gering High School in 1984. He joined Webb Eyecare in June 2017 as a technician and has since learned to help the optician in the lab. He is the Patient Experience Coordinator for Scottsbluff, responsible for making sure every patient has a consistently good experience. In his down time he golfs, hunts, fishes and camps.

Kelli McDaniel

Kelli was born in Scottsbluff and grew up in Banner County. She graduated high school in 2004 and attended nursing school at WNCC, then worked at Walgreens as a Senior Pharmacy Technician for seven years before joining Webb Eyecare in October 2016. She is our Vision Therapist and a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO). Her favorite part of the job is improving patients' lives through vision therapy. She lives in Scottsbluff with her son Connor.

Laettner Roland

Laettner grew up in Gering and graduated from Gering High School in 2014, then from Chadron State College in 2018. She started at Webb Eyecare in July 2019 as a technician and is now the Clinic Coordinator, Myopia Control Specialist and Insurance Coordinator for Scottsbluff, and helps train new staff. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA). She is married with two sons.

Shelly Bava

Shelly was raised in Dalton, NE and raised her family in Glenwood Springs, CO, where she worked for the same family practice physician for 23 years. She and her husband Don moved back home to Scottsbluff, and together they raised six children and have four grandchildren. Shelly joined Webb Eyecare in March 2020 and is trained as a super technician in the Scottsbluff office.

Synthia Escamilla

Synthia was born in Scottsbluff and grew up in Alliance, graduating high school in 2016 and receiving her associate's degree in business from WNCC in 2019. She has been with Webb Eyecare since June 2020 and loves meeting new people and learning new ocular topics. She is a youth leader and pianist at her local church.

Sierra Reyes

Sierra was raised in Bridgeport, where she graduated high school in 2015. She lives in Alliance with her husband Derek and their two children. She has worked for Webb Eyecare since November 2018 and is the Bridgeport Marketing Coordinator.

Diango Paramo

Scottsbluff

Diango was born and raised in Scottsbluff and graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 2014. He lives in Minatare with his partner and their two dogs. He has been with Webb Eyecare since May 2023 and is working on his paraoptometric certifications, after which he plans to further his education in the optometry field. In his spare time he reads, kayaks and cooks.

Ashley Stone

Alliance

Ashley graduated high school in Hemingford in 2007 and returned to Alliance in 2013, where she lives with her fiancé Jake and their three boys. She joined Webb Eyecare in August 2023. She loves meeting new people and seeing familiar faces, and hopes to grow her education with Webb Eyecare. Outside work she is busy with family dirt bike racing and camping.

Rachel Olson-Pruneda

Alliance

Rachel grew up in Chadron, Nebraska, graduating in 2004. She spent time in Wyoming and eastern Nebraska before returning to Chadron, then moved to Alliance in 2019, where she lives with her husband Jesús and their three children. She enjoys graphic design, reading and music.

Blake Dell

Blake is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. He lives in Scottsbluff with his girlfriend and step-daughter, and loves watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

Paige was born and raised on a small farm in Iowa, and her family moved to Gordon, NE in 2018. She lives in Hemingford with her boyfriend and two dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys reading a good book, walking her dogs, and spending time with family.

Jessica grew up in San Diego, CA before moving to Colorado and landing in Nebraska. She lives with her husband Jake and their dog, Maggie. Some of her favorite things to do are collecting games, watching movies, and visiting National Parks. If you ask those close to her, they'll tell you one thing she will never say no to is a museum.

Maddy was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska, where she graduated high school. She's located in Alliance, where she lives with her dog Lucy. She loves meeting new people, learning new things, reading, and music. She also loves to travel, and experience new things. Putting a smile on someone's face while ensuring they receive the care they deserve is always her top priority!

Jenny grew up in Alliance, where she currently lives with her boyfriend and daughters. She enjoys spending time with her 4 daughters and granddaughter. Jenny has been with Webb Eyecare since March of 2025 and enjoys learning and growing in the optical field every day.

Haelee Narvais

Haelee is from Gering, Nebraska, and works as a Super Tech at Webb Eyecare. One of her favorite parts of being on the Webb Eyecare team is getting to meet and interact with people every day. She enjoys crafting in her free time and loves doing a variety of home remodeling projects. Her favorite candy is a Skor bar!

Winifred Harris

Winifred grew up in Morrill, NE, and recently moved back after living in Deadwood, SD for 10 years. She loves spending time with her husband Phil and their three kids, Maddox, Annabell, and Abigail. She enjoys going to family gatherings, watching football games, and attending her kids' activities. She happily joined the Webb Eyecare family in February 2026. She is really enjoying it, and looks forward to learning more in the field of optometry.
